Its main aims are to promote rights at work, encourage decent employment opportunities, enhance social protection and strengthen dialogue in handling work related issues. | Support SMEs to improve quality and productivity by building their capacity for good workplace practices, with the objective that SMEs become more sustainable through being cleaner, more productive and competitive, and provide more sustainable and decent employment.

Resource Africa is a Section 21 (not for profit) Company that champions new collaborative management approaches to the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. The intention is that collaborative management should deliver tangible and equitable community benefits that in turn help encourage more effective resource conservation. Its vision is for 'a sustained improvement in the quality of life of marginalised African communities'. | The Empowerment of Emerging Farmers works with farming communities to promote development through Fair Trade. Fair Trade contributes to sustainable development by offering better trading conditions to producers in European countries.
